Steampunk metropolis Avalon is the setting for Clockwork Revolution, a game by inXile entertainment, which transports players into a Victorian-esque dystopia. Lady Ironwood, the city’s leader, has been manipulating time, altering events for the benefit of herself and her powerful inner circle. The player must counter her moves by working against her using Lady Ironwood’s own time machine. However, the player’s actions can have unforeseen consequences on the present timeline. inXile Entertainmentが開発中の『Clockwork Revolution』は、ディストピア的なヴィクトリア朝時代の世界観に基づいたゲームです。スチームパンクをテーマにした都市「アヴァロン」を舞台に、プレイヤーは権力とその秘密と戦います。劇中に登場するLady Ironwoodは、時間旅行装置を使用して歴史を変え、自分自身に富と権力をもたらしています。プレイヤーは彼女の「クロノメーター」を使い、彼女が引き起こした時間の破壊を解除しなければなりません。ただし、プレイヤーの過去の行動は、現在に戻った際に現実的な影響を与えます。ゲームはまだ開発初期で、Xboxイベントで紹介されたアクションはプレアルファビルドのものです。InXileはリリース予定日は発表していませんが、今後のアップデートを「適切な時期」に提供することを約束しています。
