JBL has released a new wireless earbud Tour Pro 2 that comes with an innovative ‘smart case’ which has a touchscreen display for accessing settings and tools. The earbuds fit comfortably and have a touch panel on the outside that supports various controls. The app accompanying the earbuds has several features for audio setup and customization that are accessible from the touchscreen case display. Users can switch between active noise cancellation, transparency mode, and various levels of environmental sound. JBL’s Personal Sound Amplification feature is designed for hearing assistance, and when enabled, users can adjust left/right balance and gain to fit their needs. Although the earbuds are packed with features, their sound quality is just average.
